In my city you can do a lot of interesting activities, for example, you can go to sightseeing aroun the city, walk on the beach, swim on the sea, and also you can play soccer and play voleyball, or just go to the beach to take a break and drink a glass of cold coconut water. In Tumaco city you can’t wear overcoat clothing because the weather is so hot, and also you can´t sleep without mosquitoes net because there are a lot of mosquitoes around.
Tumaco is smaller than Buenaventura but its beaches are bigger, more beautiful and cleaner. Nevertheless, Buenaventura is considered the biggest commercial port of Colombia while Tumaco is the nearest port to Ecuador and that allow us to have more commercial relationships than Buenaventura.
Tumaco is considered the most cheerful city in our department because of its afrodescendant culture. The people in Tumaco are characterized by being the most expressive and friendly people all over. In this city there are more culture holidays than in the other Narino´s department cities.
